Meet our Staff
Dr. Brady Stephens, President
Rev. Russell Wooten, Vice President
Rev. Melody Smith
Dr. Stephens serves as president of
Centurion Bible College.  Prior to that he
served churches in North Carolina, Virginia,
and Ohio.  He was a Crusade Director for
Clyde Dupin Ministries for 3 years.  He is an
ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church
and a certified coach and coach trainer in
The Wesleyan Coaching Network.  His
teaching experience includes serving as an
adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice
program at Ohio Valley University and as an
adjunct instructor at the West Virginia
Corrections Academy.

He is a graduate of the West Virginia State
Police Academy, has a B.A. In Biblical
Studies and a M.A. in Ministry from Carolina
University of Theology and a Ph.D. in
Religion from Christian Bible College in
Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Rev. Wooten serves as assistant pastor of
Vienna Wesleyan Church in Vienna, West
Virginia.  Prior to that he was senior pastor at
that same church.  He has also served
churches in Ohio.

He is a graduate of the Washington D.C.
Police Academy and the Pennsylvania State
Police Academy.  He serves on the board of
directors for the Women's Care Center in
Parkersburg.  And he was elected to six
terms as President of The National Treasury
Employees Union.
Rev. Smith is the senior
pastor at The Gathering in
Parkersburg, West Virginia.  
She studied journalism at
Ohio University, Early
Childhood Development at
West Virginia University at
Parkersburg, and has a B.A.
in Ministry from Centurion
Bible College.  She serves
as secretary for the
administrative board and is
an instructor.
Ms. Glaspell has an
Associates in Business
Administration from
Mountain State College and
an Associates in Ministry
from Centurion Bible
College.  She serves as
treasurer for the
administrative board and is
active in children's ministry
at her home church.
Ms. Stephanie Glaspell
Ms. Carla Westfall
Ms. Westfall attended
WVUP, before moving to
Charlotte, NC to work as a
Software Trainer and
Marketing Coordinator. After
returning home she started
working in Public Health
through Americorps and
Americorps VISTA for the
past 7 years as a
Community Health Worker
and Diabetes Care
Coordinator. She is very
excited to utilize her past
experience to grow
Centurion Bible College
and churches' knowledge
on how to keep their
congregation safe in these
trying times. Hope Freewill
Baptist is her home church
where she is the Treasurer
and interim Clerk.
Dr. Mark Dowler
Dr. Dowler serves as an
instructor at Centurion Bible
College.  He is pastor of
Middle Ridge Baptist Church
near Deerwalk, WV.  He has
an A.AB in Microcomputer
Technolology and an A.AB in
Business Management from
Washington State
Community College.  He
also holds a Bachelor of
Arts, a Master of Arts, and a
Doctor of Biblical Studies
from Master's International
School of Divinity.
Mr. Doug Hess
Mr. Hess serves as the
Online Education
Coordinator.  He has thirty
years of experience working
in radio.  Twenty of those
years was as News Director.  
His expertise is in audio and
video recording and editing.
